Singles Singles are such an integral part of the local church. At every point of body life, singles are there, enmeshed in service and ministry out of love for Jesus. Many singles have been brought our way, and we thank God for them. We recognize the blessing that singleness can be for God's Kingdom (1 Cor. 7:32-35), so we are committed to providing encouragement to those who are with us in the varying seasons of singleness. If you would want to know more about opportunities for single Christian fellowship and service, please email Pastor Doug Plank, who provides oversight for our singles. Connect - Summer 2010 All singles age 26 and over from Crossway, Living Hope and Christ Community Churches are invited to attend two events. Please mark your calendars and plan to "connect": June 26, Longwood GardensMeet at the Crossway farm property at 8:30am for coffee/donuts before heading over to Longwood Gardens. Expense for the day is $12 for LG tickets plus extra for lunch if you plan to buy. (You may bring your own lunch of preferred.) July 30, Teaching and fellowship at 130 Kready Avenue, Millersville, PA 17551Join us for dessert, teaching and fellowship at 7:30pm at the home of Doug and Brenda Plank. |
